This assortment of Chocolate and Nut Elisen Lebkuchen is both Vegan and Gluten Free. It is sugar-reduced and sweetened with fine organic coconut blossom sugar. The chocolate Vegan Elisen are covered in a layer of dark chocolate.

Fraunholz Elisen-Lebkuchen is a family owned and run company now in its 3rd generation. From the start they have created their soft, moist German gingerbread cookies with no flour - using instead an exceptionally high proportion of hazelnuts and almonds.
