Haba Wooden Toys Nativity Scene Play Set

I have been looking for a Nativity Scene that is beautifully designed and made with quality materials AND is suitable for children to actually interact with. So many Nativity Sets are just too fragile to be handled. I am delighted - actually more delighted than I expected - with this gorgeous wooden Nativity Scene from Haba Toys Germany.

The HABA nativity set comprises the classic wooden figures from the manger, but reinterpreted for a modern audience. The faces and bodies have been made both minimalist and expressive at the same time. Little ones can familiarize themselves with the Christmas story and re-enact it in their own way. The colors have been deliberately toned down to give the figures a contemporary yet timeless appearance.
