Koza Dereza Ukrainian Folk Art - Koza Goat Doll in Traditional Vyshyvanka

Traditional folk art handmade with environmentally responsible materials and methods in Ukraine.

The name of company - Koza Dereza - that makes the gorgeous textile, paper mache and wood ornaments in western Ukraine means "Goat" (Koza). This Koza doll could be their trademark!

Hand stitched natural fabric is filled with polyester and the face hand painted. The doll is wearing traditional Ukrainian costume or "Vyshyvanka". Red, white and black are dominant in Ukrainian clothing - each colour imbued with meaning.
