Richard Sellmer Verlag is a family owned and operated company in Stuttgart. In 1946 their first Advent Calendar was made by hand. The illustrations are uniquely European style and the sparkling silver dust uniquely Sellmer. The shapes of the chocolate behind the doors matches the motif on the front.
