Wendt & Kühn Gold Edition Grünhainichen Angel - The Discover, No. 14
The Discoverer gently holds in its hands a finely crafted shell, a symbol of all the precious things we find on our journey through life. Encouraging us to approach life with curiosity and to keep our eyes open for the small and large treasures of everyday life.
A wonderful gift for shell collectors, and for those who love the sound of the sea and nature’s treasures. And also for those who are on the road to finding themselves.
The shell is decorated with a pattern of fine converging lines and is plated in 24-karat gold, as is the metal base on which the Discoverer stands.
The Gold Edition Angels are considered the ultimate masterpieces of Wendt & Kühn. Initially debuting in 2007 – and annually since 2009 – this series has been enriching selected angel accessories with 24-karat gold. Created for those who treasure the exclusive and appreciate the exceptional.
Named for the town in Germany where these precious figures are made, the Grünhainichen Angels were first sketched and created in 1923 by founder Grete Wendt. Each Angel has exactly eleven white dots on their little green wings – their famous trademark the world over.
