Roasted almonds are a true delight. This year's "Lebkuchen of the Year" combines two exquisite almond brittle varieties for a particularly mouth-watering aroma and taste. A dark chocolate coating covered in crunchy, chunky nuts.
And the "Elise" part? Elisen Lebkuchen are considered the premium quality Lebkuchen as they have a higher content of nuts and nut oils. This makes them moister with a nuttier texture and flavour.
