At checkout, you can review your cart, change quantities, or remove items. Then, follow the simple steps to enter your shipping information and payment method. Our checkout is safe and secure—your payment details are always protected.

When will my credit card or PayPal account be charged?
When you order something on this website your credit card or PayPal account is charged immediately. Your payment information is secure - even we can't see your credit card or account numbers.
How do I know if my order went through?
You will receive an Order Confirmation email immediately after completing your order. If you don't see the email please check your Junk folder.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
If your order only contains items that are currently in stock then your order will be packed and shipped from our warehouse in 2-3 days. If your order contains Pre-Order items then the whole order will be packed when all items have arrived in our warehouse from Europe. Click here for more information about Pre-Orders.
Why can’t I order this item / Why am I seeing the message “The product in your cart is not available for delivery to your location”?
At the moment, we are only able to ship orders to Canadian addresses. This is due to recent changes in U.S. trade policy that make it difficult for us to serve American customers right now.
