Coppenrath Gluten Free Spekulatius

The crunchy and spicy mini cookies we all love now in Gluten Free. We tried these with the packing crew and everyone loved them - every bit as good (if not better) than regular Speculatius.

Speculatius a type of spiced shortcrust biscuit. It's crispy and is great for dunking into coffee or milk. The cookies are traditionally molded with impressions of windmills or even people!
