Gluten Free and Vegan Lebkuchen

Gingerbread World is thrilled to be partnering with a small, family owned and run bakery in Nuremberg called Fraunholz to bring Gluten Free and Vegan Lebkuchen to Canada.

I got to visit this bakery last summer and met the owner and manager Michael Fraunholz whose great grandfather started the business in 1911. I was so impressed with the passion Michael and his team have for their products - for the centuries old recipes used in the making of Nuremberg Elisen Lebkkuchen, their commitment to a wheat free facility and to providing delicious options for various dietary needs like Gluten Free and Vegan.
