• Pfeffernüsse cookies (3 per snowman)
• Tubes of food coloring
• Zimtsterne Cinnamon Star cookies for hats
• Powdered sugar
• Lemon juice
• Water

Instructions:

1. Use tube food coloring to give each gingerbread snowman a friendly face.
2. Mix powdered sugar with lemon juice and water to create a thick icing to hold the gingerbread cookies together.
3. Apply the icing to the connecting points of the gingerbread cookies and assemble them to form a snowman. Hold them in place briefly until the icing sets slightly and the snowmen stand stable.
4. Now, add buttons on the body with the food coloring.
5. As a finishing touch, place a cinnamon star cookie as a hat on each snowman securing it with icing.
