Palmin’s coconut fat comes in a solid block portioned into 15 sections that make it easy to measure the amount you need. The block will remain solid as long as it is stored below 60 degrees F (15.5 degrees Celsius).

Launched in 1887, this well known, traditional ingredient has been used for over a century to bake, fry and cook. Some recipes, like Kalter Hund, require Palmin to come out perfect.
