Lebkuchen Schmidt Modern Nuremberg Chest

The Modern Nuremberg Chest is always one of my favorites and the top of this year's "Colourful Nuremberg" presents an idyllic impression of Nuremberg's Heilig-Geist-
Spital on the river Pegnitz. There is a restaurant inside this building that I dine at almost every time I am in Nuremberg for traditional Bavarian fare! The sides of the chest show scenes from the city's famous Christkindlmarkt.

Inside the chest you'll find a splendid array of Lebkuchen and other favourite cookies from Schmidt's bakers.
