Every year Lebkuchen Schmidt works with designers to develop the new line of Chests and Tins. Each year Schmidt introduces a Chest showcasing the work of a famous painter. 

The 2024 Artist Chest celebrates the life and works of Frida Kahlo (1907-1954). The top of the chest presents her 1941 self-portrait "Me and My Parrots". The sides of the chest offer close ups of the painting and the artist herself.
