Abtswinder Gewürz Spices - Christstollengewürz Stollen Spice Mix

An aromatic mixture of cinnamon, lemon peel, cardamon, ginger, cloves and nutmeg. Perfectly blended for Christstollen the German Christmas Loaf.

Just add up the total amount of spices called for in your recipe and substitute with the equal amount of spice mix.
