Spring Swiss Design Feuerzangenbowle Sugar Tray
This stainless steel Sugar Tray holds the 250 g Sugar Cone (sold separately) over a pot of Glühwein. Ideal pot width should be approximately 20-23 cm (8-9"). Place tray over rim of pot of hot mulled wine and place Sugar Cone on tray. Generously douse the cone with high-proof Rum and set it alight to watch the blue flame melt and crystalize the sugar and alcohol into the wine.
