Städter Stainless Steel Linzer Cookie Cutter "Spitzbub", 5 part set

Germany's Städter Cookie Cutters are made with loving attention to detail. A set of 5 festive motifs with which to make Spitzbuben or Linzer cookies - double layer cookies which usually feature a cut out from the top middle layer. The cookie is filled with your favorite jam (or maybe lemon curd) and then finished with a light sprinkling of powdered sugar. 

Set of 5 cutters with waved edges and festive motifs: ring for bottom of cookie and heart, star and fir tree for the tops.

Staedter cookie cutters are obviously great for cookie dough but also work well for handicrafts and for cutting out modelling clays (ex. sugarpaste, wax, modelling material, clay, ceramics, etc.).

The cookie cutter is made of high-grade stainless steel, dishwasher-proof and food-safe. The cutters are spot-welded. You can identify stainless steel due to the polished and shiny surface.
