Many ship the Festive Chest to friends all over North America and the world.Every year Lebkuchen Schmidt presents a new motif on the embossed metal chest. Every year there is a new illustration of medieval Nuremberg. This year's regal blue and gold colour scheme presents scenes from Nuremberg's famous Market Square: "Der grosse Martt zu Nürnberg". To this day this same square is host to year round markets and the world famous Nuremberg Christmas Market. Lebkuchen Schmidt has a small shop in the southeast corner.
In addition to the Lebkuchen and pastries you also receive a 21.5 x 18 cm metal plaque to hang on a wall or stand on a table top. For 2024 the motif is "The Coachman".
Among the many treats tightly packed into this large chest is the 2024 Lebkuchen of the Year - Elisen Treasure - a scrumptious combination of rum-soaked raisins, crunchy hazelnuts, sweet honey and dark chocolate.
